Gravity Reactor and the GRAV Large Gravitron both sit around $99.99, but they use very different gravity-bong mechanisms. Compare rotation, glass, chamber design, connections and who each format fits best.
If you are shopping around the $100 mark, two gravity bongs can land at essentially the same price while delivering very different designs. The Gravity Reactor™ is a 360° rotating dual-chamber system with a hose, while the GRAV® Large Gravitron® uses the classic lift-and-lower gravity-bong format in an all-glass body.
As of August 2026, both are publicly listed at $99.99. That makes this less of a price comparison and more of a mechanism comparison: do you want a rotating dual-chamber design, or a traditional all-glass gravity bong?

The GRAV Large Gravitron follows the gravity-bong mechanism many people already recognize. Water sits in the base, the inner bottle is lifted while the bowl is heated, and the bottle is lowered during use. It is a refined, purpose-built version of the classic bucket-style gravity principle.
The Gravity Reactor takes a different approach. Two clear glass chambers screw into a rotating frame. The full frame can rotate through 360°, while a normal operating step is approximately a 180° turn. As the upper chamber drains into the lower chamber, the change in water and air volume drives the gravity cycle. Rotate again and the chambers trade roles.
If the moving-water mechanism is the part you want to see and interact with, the Reactor has the stronger visual emphasis. If you specifically want the familiar lift/lower gravity-bong ritual, the Gravitron stays closer to that traditional format.

This is one area where the products are intentionally different. GRAV lists the Large Gravitron as heavy-duty 5mm borosilicate glass with a platinum-cured silicone grommet protecting the glass contact point.
The Gravity Reactor is a hybrid product: an ABS structural frame holds two removable clear glass chambers plus the airflow components. That construction is part of how the Reactor reaches its rotating geometry and $99.99 price point.
Someone who wants the feel and simplicity of an all-glass piece may prefer the Gravitron. Someone prioritizing a rotating frame, replaceable chamber format and multiple frame colors may prefer the Reactor. Neither preference needs an exaggerated performance claim to make sense.
The GRAV design is used directly at the bottle opening after the bowl is removed. The Gravity Reactor routes airflow through an approximately 5-foot flexible hose.
The hose is a meaningful design difference rather than a cosmetic accessory. It lets the rotating frame remain on a table or surface while the user controls the chamber cycle separately from the hose position. Buyers who specifically dislike hoses should count that against the Reactor; buyers who want the frame to stay in place may count it as an advantage.
The Gravity Reactor uses a standard 14mm borosilicate glass bowl connection. GRAV lists the Large Gravitron with a 19mm female joint and includes its 19mm Funnel Bowl.
Before buying either system, check the size of any glass accessories you already own. A familiar standard does not mean accessories from the two systems are directly interchangeable.
GRAV emphasizes the Gravitron's simple straight-sided glass design and sells replacement bottles and bases separately. That is useful if a glass component is damaged.
The Reactor's two glass chambers are removable from the frame, and the system also uses accessible seals, O-rings and airflow components. Routine inspection of those seals matters because the rotating design depends on a secure fit between components.
