Every Gravity Reactor™ is hand-assembled, individually inspected, and shipped with secure packaging. We stand behind the product.

Coverage

The Gravity Reactor™ includes a 1-year limited warranty on the printed frame and components against normal-use manufacturing defects — from the date of purchase. If it failed because of how it was made, we’ll make it right.

What’s Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship affecting the printed frame or structural components under normal use. If a component fails due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

• Broken, cracked, or shattered glass chambers
• Damage from drops, impacts, or accidents
• Misuse or use outside of intended purpose
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, discoloration)
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage from improper cleaning or handling

How to File a Claim

Email Team@gravityreactors.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the defect

We’ll review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

Resolution

Approved claims will be resolved by repair, replacement, or store credit — at our discretion. We stand behind the product. If it failed because of how it was made, we’ll make it right.
