Gravity Reactors — Warranty

The Gravity Reactor™ is warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.

What's covered

Any defect in materials or workmanship that affects how the product functions. If it failed because of how it was made, we'll fix it.

What's not covered

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, drops, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

How to make a claim

Email Team@gravityreactors.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible. We'll review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

What we'll do

If your claim is approved, we'll repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion. We stand behind the product. If it failed because of how it was made, we'll make it right.
