2. How does the Gravity Reactor™ work?

4. What size connection does it use?
The Gravity Reactor™ uses a standard 14mm connection piece, compatible with standard 14mm hookah bowls and accessories.
5. How do I choose my color?
Available in Black, Blue, Red, Green, Green/Black, and Black/Blue. Select your color on the product page at checkout.
6. How fast does it ship?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days. Tracking is provided after shipment. Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
7. What is the return policy?
30-day returns on unused, clean items returned in original condition with all included parts and accessories. Used items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, email Team@gravityreactors.com with your order number.

8. What does the 1-year warranty cover?
The Gravity Reactor™ includes a 1-year limited warranty on the printed frame and components against normal-use manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Broken, cracked, or shattered glass chambers
- Damage from drops or impacts
- Misuse or use outside intended purpose
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, discoloration)
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper cleaning or handling

Yes. Every Gravity Reactor™ is assembled in the USA, hand-inspected, and checked before shipment.
