30-Day Return Policy

Unused, unmodified products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll review and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, modified, or are not in original packaging are not eligible for return. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven't received a refund after 15 business days, contact us.

EU Customers EU statutory rights, including the 14-day cooling-off period, are not affected by this policy.

Warranty Every Gravity Reactor™ includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact Team@gravityreactors.com for warranty claims.
